Strategy Success: Getting an Accounting SAAS Company Qualified Leads with SEO

We helped Inflo Software create a strong online identity through Search Engine Optimisation strategising and management. In the case of this project, Inflo asked us to come up with an SEO strategy that would create a strong online identity for the company and generate qualified leads.

The Challenge

The primary goals for Inflo’s SEO campaign were to improve the keyword ranking on search engines and reach effective lead generation on the website. The challenge was to strategically complete high-priority configurations on the website related but not limited to performance, non-crawlable webpages, broken links, and mixed content.

Our Approach

We knew that SEO strategy should primarily be directed towards external link building, Google My Business, and traffic boosting. Alongside these primary activities, additional actions were taken to reduce loading times specifically on mobile devices. A thorough audit was conducted by our professionals which laid the ground for a series of proposed technical and content changes, which included:

  • Website structure optimisation: we ensured the website was flexible and efficient both for users and on the back-end.
  • Keyword and tag optimisation: we researched and implemented accurate meta descriptions, title tags and SEO-friendly URLs to attract the target audience.
  • Search engine improvement: we implemented robots.txt to help Google bot crawler find and index new pages, as well as integrating Google Search Console and Analytics into the website so the client could monitor and track results as they came in.

The Results

Carrying out the above-mentioned SEO best practices yielded results in areas such as:

  • Keyword ranking: the website’s keyword ranking improved by 80 positions in the span of two months, which proved the SEO was helping them reach their target audience.
  • Users & sales growth: the client saw a 32% increase in the number of new users, and a 15% increase in the number of leads and sales.
  • Online visibility: the website’s online visibility grew to 9.31%, ensuring that they’ll be easier to find for any prospective customers.
